Fact: I don't like animals with furs such as dogs or cats. I don't hate them though, I just dislike them.
I chose to come to Belhaven because... the first reason was so that I can meet various people who have different backgrounds. Belhaven offers us many opportunities to get to know each other and keeps good relationships among its students. Also, I can take classes that have well-organized curriculums.
One relationship that has meant a lot to me while attending Belhaven University... I love all of my friends and professors, but if I have to choose one relationship, I would choose my roommate, Tanya. While I share the room with her, I realized that the friendship can break the language barrier. The relationship between us is beyond the difference of colors, cultures and native language.
Because of my degree from Belhaven... Studying as an English major at Belhaven puts me closer to my dream to work for the Educational Broadcast Station in South Korea, and also be an English educator there. Also, based on my experiences in a different culture, I can broaden my horizons and work on global issues.
One word to describe my experience at Belhaven is: Cherish
