Student and Alumni Spotlights for the Visual Arts Program

I chose to come to Belhaven because… of the art and theater departments. I chose both departments for their faculty and the opportunities they offered.

One relationship that meant a lot to me while attending
Belhaven University…Was and is—my relationship with my best friend and fellow theatre grad, Alex Grubbs. We still communicate on a weekly basis as we both pursue our graduate studies in acting at different schools.

Because of my degree from Belhaven University…I was able to audition and get accepted to the New School for Drama in New York City for graduate studies in Acting.

One word to describe my experience at Belhaven: Engaging.
