At Belhaven: Greg Hawkins serves as the Dean of Students, overseeing all residence life activities, including housing, hall programs, discipline/crisis issues, international student care, and selecting and developing the residence life staff. He also oversees the career, dining, and counseling services of the campus. He plays a vital role by partnering with other faculty and staff in fostering an environment where students can grow not only academically but relationally, spiritually, and socially.

At Belhaven: Glenda has the opportunity to not only assist in the administration of the department, but also communicate with students and really get to know many of them on a deep level. Her job allows her to listen to their concerns, tell them what God expects, and share life learned lessons.

Title: Assistant Resident Director of Robertson and Wells Halls

Hobbies/Interests: Playing Guitar and leading fellow Christians in worship, and spending time with friends. He would also consider himself somewhat of a gamer.
At Belhaven: Jeremy Dawson is the Assistant Resident Director for the men's halls of Robertson and Wells. He helps Jim Scott with leading the RA's and performing administrative duties. Jeremy seeks to point students towards Christ by living alongside and caring for students. He has a heart for ministry, and looks forward to working alongside and serving the Resident Directors, Resident Assistants, and students in anyway he can.

Hobbies/Interests: Painting and Crafting, Beach, Coffee, Shopping, I spend a lot of time at Church, if I could have made up a major in college I would have majored in Bible School (VBS) and minored in Sunday School!
At Belhaven: Kristen Mack is the Resident Director of Gillespie Hall. She is blessed to be working with eight beautiful RA's who all have servant hearts. They not only support their residents but also seek to serve each other with words of encouragement and prayer. Kristen hopes to serve Belhaven and all of its students by living out the gospel in her daily life. Kristen is excited to help the students grow in all aspects of their lives whether it is academics, work, relationships, play, or their walk with the Lord.

At Belhaven: At Belhaven: Katie is the Resident Director of Caldwell Hall. She has a passion for college students and is thankful for the wonderful opportunity to live alongside the Caldwell residents and be involved in their daily lives. Katie hopes to encourage these students to pursue a walk with the Lord, seek meaningful involvement on campus, build lifelong friendships, and achieve excellent academic success. Katie, along with her staff of six resident assistants, hopes to serve students by being a role model, mentor, and friend.

Hobbies/Interests: Mountain biking, ultimate frisbee, basketball, intramurals, watching Netflix with my wife, and guitar.
At Belhaven: Jacob is the Resident Director of the University Village. Together with his team of six resident assistants, Jacob works to create an environment that breaks down barriers among students and builds up nurturing relationships that last a lifetime. He loves getting to work with college students and is thankful that God brought him back to Belhaven. Jacob strives to encourage students to be good stewards of their gifts and abilities and to lead others closer to God. He is eager to serve the campus and student life in whatever way he is able.

Hobbies/Interests: Reading books of all kinds, playing the piano, drinking copious amounts of coffee and tea, binge-watching Gilmore Girls, and going on walks with my husband.
At Belhaven: Megan Rowan serves as the Helen White Resident Director. She is blessed to have the opportunity to serve the residents of Helen White and to live alongside them. She seeks to help students get involved on campus, achieve excellence in their studies, and build deeper relationships with others. Megan will lead her team of five RA's as they work together to support and encourage students through serving them, mentoring them, and building relationships with them. By living out the gospel on a daily basis, she hopes to show Christ to others on campus.

Hobbies/Interests: Tennis, Basketball, Drums, Hanging out with friends and family, really any sport on Earth
At Belhaven: At Belhaven: Jim Scott is the Resident Director for the men's halls of Robertson and Wells. He has been blessed with a great staff of twelve Resident Assistants and an Assistant Resident Director. Jim manages the halls and leads his team of student leaders in an effort to create and maintain a Christ- centered living environment for the men of Belhaven. In addition to directing day to day residential affairs, he works alongside his team to serve the students living in Robertson and Wells. He strives to exemplify Christ in his own life, and, as he pours into the lives of individual students and hopes that he will inspire them to seek Jesus first in their own lives and in all that they do.
