We look forward to seeing you for Family Weekend on Friday, September 30 and Saturday, October 1!  Family Weekend is a great time to return to Belhaven to see your student.  The weekend is full of activities OR you can just hang out and cheer for the Belhaven Blazers football team.

For all siblings and family members interested in enrolling in the Belhaven traditional program.  Please contact Admission Office!
9:00am – 7:00pm Belhaven Bookstore open with Family Weekend specials!
9:00am – 7:00pm Shoebird Café open
11:30am  - 2:00pm Lunch available – Belhaven University Dining Commons ($6.50 per person, pay at the cashier)
1:00pm – 5:00pm Belhaven “Think Center” Open House
Come visit where your student can get help to make them successful in all aspects of college…plus it’s a really cool space
3:30pm- 5:00pm  “Keys to Academic Success”; The Think Center
What are the keys for students to be successful in their academic careers at Belhaven and beyond. Plan to attend this insightful discussion.
5:30pm – 7:00pm Family Catfish Dinner in the Student Center Dining Commons ($6.50, pay at the cashier) Come have some of the best catfish in Mississippi!
8:00pm – 10:00pm Rec the Night!!! Sponsored by Belhaven Activities and Intramurals
This popular Belhaven event is open to students and families.  Come play or watch as participants try their skills at laser tag, Dodgeball, Inflatable Slide and glow in the dark themed yard games all in the Lower Practice Field by the soccer bowl!
10:00pm Friday night Sibling Sleepover
Siblings (of same gender) may stay overnight in their brother or sister’s room!  Check in with RA.

10:00am Campus Update and Q&A with President Parrott in the Dr. Billy Kim International Center (light refreshments served, free to all)
Dr. Roger Parrott will share the latest news as well as answer your questions. Don’t miss it!
11:30am – 1:00pm Belhaven Football Tailgate @ Newell Field
From our family to yours!  Come join us before the Blazers play for a cookout, games, face-painting, and cheer practice. Drawings throughout tailgate for “Blazers stuff” ($5.00 per person/$25 per family maximum, pay at the tent)
12:15pm Coin Toss Drawing: Tailgate Tent @ Newell Field
Drawing for a family and their student to serve as “honorary captains”…winners must be at tailgate and will also receive a Blazers “game day” package of merchandise – at Tailgate Tent
1:00pm  Belhaven Blazers Football vs. East Texas Baptist University not Huntingdon
