Student and Alumni Spotlights for the Music Program

I chose to come to Belhaven University because… through prayer and meditation I realized it was the right place for me.

One relationship that has meant a lot to me while attending Belhaven University… is my relationship with piano accompanist and friend Sarah Sachs. She has been a great help with my transition into Belhaven. She has given me great insight both musically and personally. My relationship with her is one that could benefit all students—a person who is knowledgeable about her craft and still manages to treat people with love and compassion.

Because of my degree from Belhaven University…I will be better equipped to handle the challenges of this world by using ministry skills in music and other areas. My training will benefit my life, the lives of those around me—and even the world.

One word to describe my experience at Belhaven: Wonderful.
