Dr. Eleanor Nabors

Dr. Eleanor Victoria Bailey Nabors is licensed to practiced law in Mississippi. She is admitted to practice law in all Mississippi courts, including the Mississippi Supreme Court, Northern and Southern federal district courts, and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. In addition to obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration from Mississippi State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Mississippi, she was awarded a Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law.

Dr. Nabors served as a Judicial Clerk on the Mississippi Supreme Court for Justice James W. Kitchens, where she was honored with the role of researching and writing legal opinions for the court. Additionally, she served as a legal extern for the Jackson City Attorney’s Office in the Public Works and Transactional Departments, where Dr. Nabors worked to secure infrastructural improvements for the City of Jackson, Mississippi.

Dr. Nabors focuses on instructional work related to legal and business subjects. She considers it a great honor to serve her students as a professor of the law and ethics on both the undergraduate and graduate levels. She has also served as a professor of business statistics, personal finance, and business communications. Dr. Nabors has additionally developed curriculum for many undergraduate and graduate level classes.
