Elise Turner has over 40 years of nursing experience and over 35 years advanced nursing as a certified nurse-midwife. Her consulting and training experiences include nursing, medical, prosecution, law enforcement, military, and tribal sites. She has been on three training missions for the US Department of Justice to Kosovo and the Republic of North Macedonia, and provided training to nurses in Malta through the US Department of State. Ms. Turner is very interested in how nurses think about what they do and how to help nurses use structured thought to improve performance, creativity and expression of faith in nursing practice. Her current practice interests are in health systems development, evaluation and improvement.
