To prepare leaders at all levels to equip the next generation to meet tomorrow’s challenges while fulfilling their individual missions in the Kingdom. To communicate to school leaders—from teachers to superintendents—an appreciation for and a commitment to developing the talents and gifts God has bestowed on each of His servants.
