July 22, 2009—Belhaven College’s freshmen and transfer students will receive a warm southern welcome on August 15, which is Move-In Day and the kick off to “Welcome Week,” Belhaven’s fast-paced orientation week. From a group road trip to student-led worship, Welcome Week is a fun way to transition into the Belhaven community.
In anticipation of August 15, the Office of Student Life has come up with a handy Residence Life FAQ for students who will be moving onto campus. The FAQ addresses common questions like “What kind of Appliances and Electronics am I allowed to bring? Is internet service available in my room? May I bring my pet hamster? What size sheets do I need for my bed?” All of these questions and more are answered in the Student Life Summer 2009 Newsletter.
For any students who have not yet applied or registered for classes, it’s not too late! To apply for admission, simply follow the steps listed on the Undergraduate Admission application checklist.
