April 16, 2009—Dr. Louis Campbell, professor and founding chair of the Belhaven College Theatre Department, will be featured at a “Dine & Sign” at Biaggi’s Ristorante Italiano in Ridgeland on Saturday, April 18, 2009. This event celebrates the release of his novel Wind of Destiny by Tate Publishing. Copies of Wind of Destiny and several other works by Dr. Campbell will be available for purchase and signing: Mime and Pantomime in the Twentieth Century, Fearfully and Wonderfully Made, Mime in Our Time, and The Frightful Fate of Wilhelmina Worthington.
With opera singers, a Belhaven violinist, and the presence of Ballet Magnificat! and Front Porch Dance, this “Dine & Sign” is not just a book signing—it is a cultural experience. Guests are welcome to make lunch reservations at Biaggi’s (601-354-6600), but food and beverage purchases are not necessary to enjoy this opportunity for enrichment.
