April 30, 2012 (Houston) - Belhaven University Houston recently celebrated the accomplishments of students at the April 19graduation ceremony.
Alison Gentry, Directorof Admission and Student Services, said, “31 excited Belhaven students walked the stage and were honored. It was a time to celebrate goals accomplished, dreams coming true and lives being transformed. May the class of 2012 go on to do amazing things!”
Graduating students heard from Dr. Doug Stringer, Founder and President of Somebody Cares America and Somebody Cares International. Somebody Cares is a global network of chapters, centers, affiliate and partner churches and organizations workingtogether to bring hope and healing back to communities through prayer initiatives, outreaches and cooperative efforts.
The ceremony included a special dance performance from the Adult Praise Dance Ministry at the Windsor Village United Methodist Church.
