CANCELLED - Belhaven Soccer is offering a special 2012 Christmas Soccer Camp on December 22 for boys and girls, ages 9-13. This soccer camp is designed to be a fun filled day of activities based on the age and needs of each specific player.
The camp will start at 9:00 a.m. and end at 7:00 p.m. The early bird price is $85 and $95 for the regular price. The camp format fits the soccer demands of young athletes and will improve their fundamental skills and tactical knowledge.
What to bring: Soccer ball, shin guards, outdoor cleats, indoor/running shoes, water bottle, extra set of clothes in case of weather and a good attitude.
Schedule:
9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. (1st Session) Assessment of campers by age, gender, and skills
12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. Lunch and devotional; camp t-shirts
1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. (2nd Session) Small-sided game activities, speed & agility, futsal
3:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. (3rd Session) Finishing/pk camp demos, games
4:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Supper/snacks
5:00 p.m. - 6:45 p.m. Futsal tournament (Auxiliary Gym)
6:45 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Closing ceremonies; group awards
