August 13, 2014 (Jackson) - Belhaven University has expanded its online offerings and aBachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology is now available for students who want to work in the field of psychology.
This online degree will introduce students to the study of human behavior and mental processes. The program will develop the students' abilities to understand and apply psychology in their careers. Courses are taught from a biblical perspective and classes include everything from research, applied and social psychology to statistics for behavioral sciences and theories of personality.
Child protection worker, case worker, volunteer services, youth counselor, veterans' advisor, family service worker, hospital patient service and community relations are just some of the jobs available to graduates in psychology.
