January 29, 2015 (Jackson) -Belhaven's annual Career Boot Camp for traditional students is on February 12, 2015 in the McCravey-Triplett Student Center. The camp will host a panel of Jackson area business leaders to discuss student questions about being competitive in today's job market.
Claire Langley, Director of Career Services and Work Study Coordinator, said, “ The Belhaven Career Boot Camp is an investment into the future of our students. Practicing their interview skills with professionals who can give them direct feedback is invaluable, not to mention the networking opportunities that will be available.”
Only juniors and seniors may register to the networking luncheon and mock interviews. Students that register will have at least two mock interviews and judged on various factors, then given direct feedback from the interviewer.
