March 29, 2017 (Jackson, Miss.) - Belhaven's inaugural Film Production Showcase on April 8, 7 p.m. will give students a chance to present their original works to an audience for the first time. Short films, videos and other class assignments created by students will be featured during this event.
There is simply nothing like having the lights go down and sharing your work with a community, while hearing laughs, gasps and applause for something you have labored on for months at a time, said Rick Negron, chair and professor of Belhaven's Film Production Department. Please come be a part of this experience as we launch a whole new art form at Belhaven University!
