Belhaven Choirs to Present Concert, “Psalms, Canticles, and Lamentations”

November 1, 2023 (Jackson, Miss.) - Belhaven's Chorale and Concert Choir are collaborating for a choral music concert titled “Psalms, Canticles, and Lamentations” on Monday, November 13 at 7:30 p.m. in the Center for the Arts Concert Hall. Admission is free and the doors open at 7 p.m.

This concert will present musical settings of sacred texts that affirm God’s faithfulness to His people, saving the Israelites through the parting of the Red Sea, Jonah in the belly of the whale, and the fulfillment of the promised Savior.
