Belhaven University Earns Top Rankings in U.S. News 2024 Best Online Programs
February 8, 2024 (Jackson, Miss.) - Belhaven University has earned award-winning rankings in two categories for the U.S. News & World Report 2024 Best Online Programs. U.S. News ranked Belhaven 138th for Best Online Bachelor’s Program and 74th among Best Online Bachelor’s Programs for Veterans.
Belhaven University President Dr. Roger Parrott credited the faculty and staff for this recognition from U.S. News & World Report, “As a Christ-centered university, we are committed to pushing every student to excel to their God-given potential and serve each of them with Christian care and support. Belhaven took high honors with other prestigious institutions such as the University of North Carolina, Texas A&M University, Arizona State University, and the University of Central Florida. U.S. News evaluated several factors to rank the best online bachelor's degree programs, including graduation rates, faculty credentials, and support services available remotely.

U.S. News ranked the best online programs for veterans, measuring veteran or active-duty enrollment in the program. Belhaven has been recognized multiple years as a Military Friendly institution, and these rankings highlight the University’s continued commitment to online educational excellence as well as its strong support for veteran and active-duty students.
