Belhaven University to Host Fall Discover Day for High School Students

August 28, 2024 (Jackson, Miss.) - Belhaven University will welcome high school students for Discover Day on Friday, September 27. This event offers prospective students a comprehensive glimpse into college life at Belhaven, providing a full day of activities.

Events include campus and residence hall tours, professor panels, and informative sessions on academics and financial aid. Participants will also have the opportunity to engage in a campus life Q&A and enjoy a special chat with the university president.

Register online for a Discover Day. Students who attend Discover Day will also benefit from a $1,000 addition to their first-year scholarship package.

"Visiting campus in person allows students to truly immerse themselves in the environment that could become their home for the next few years," said Suzanne Sullivan, Associate Vice President for Enrollment. "Discover Day is designed to give students a real sense of what it’s like to be part of the Belhaven community, from our academic offerings to our vibrant campus life."

For students that ​wish to major or minor in an arts program, Belhaven University has an Arts Discover Day on October 18, 2024.
