On-Campus and Online Dual Enrollment
Belhaven offers highly qualified learners the opportunity to earn college credits at Belhaven while still enrolled in high school. Students may take one course per semester, provided it doesn't interfere high school curricula. To be dually enrolled, the student must:
- Create a profile. To apply, you must first create a profile. This allows you to save, exit and return without losing any of your information.
- On the application, chose either "Traditional Undergraduate" or "Online" Application option.
- Secure a letter of recommendation from your high school counselor.
- Have a minimum composite score of 21 on the ACT; or SAT combined score of 1060 on the critical reading and math tests; or 68 on the Classic Learning Test (CLT).
- Registration payments are due to Belhaven University prior to classes starting.

- Create a profile. To apply, you must first create a profile. Creating a profile allows you to save, exit and return to the application without losing any of your information. NOTE: On the profile page, choose Granite Classical Tutorials as the location, Granite Classical Tutorials as the academic program, and choose the fall term as the Entry Term.
- At the top of the next page choose Apply Online. Then choose Start a new Traditional Undergraduate Application. Under enrollment plans for the question "I plan to enroll as a" choose Dual Enrollment.
- In addition to the application, please submit High School transcript and official ACT or SAT scores. A minimum composite score of 21 on the ACT, SAT combined score of 1060, or 68 on the Classical Learning Test (CLT). Secure a letter of recommendation from student’s high school counselor.
- Tuition payments are due to Belhaven University at the time of registration for each term. See Payment Options.

The Potter’s School provides live on-line core academic courses for grades 4 through early college. Should students want college credit for dual-enrollment courses, Belhaven will provide a transcript for a fee. To apply, follow these steps...

NOTE: On the profile page, choose The Potter’s School Online as the location, The Potter’s School as the academic program, and next Entry Term option.
- At the top of the next page choose Apply Online. Then choose Start a new Traditional Undergraduate Application. Under enrollment plans for the question "I plan to enroll as a" choose Dual Enrollment. In the Education section, choose: Virginia as the State, Springfield for the City, and TPS- The Potter’s School for the school.
- After submitting the application, send an e-mail to support@pottersschool.org requesting that TPS forward grades to Belhaven. E-mail must be from the family primary email address and must list the student’s name and specific courses requested. E-mail must be separate from other administrative or technical requests.
