Conference Services & Facility Rentals
Convene on our beautiful campus. Whether you are planning a conference, meeting, training session, reception, or other special event, Conference Services is here to help. We also offer summer accommodations from mid-May to mid-August.
Everything Belhaven
The parking garage is reserved for faculty, staff and students. Please note, on occassion, we will host visitors to park in the garage for approved, sanctioned events on campus and the access gates will be open as well for ease of access and exit.
Visitors to campus can park in the following locations:
- Admission visit – Parking lot at the Welcome Center. Contact admission@belhaven.edu with any questions pertaining to your visit.
- Arts events – Parking lots at the Center of the Arts or Bitsy Irby Arts & Dance Center, or on the street.
- Athletic events taking place at the Belhaven Bowl stadium, Track and Field Complex, or Heidelberg Gymnasium - Parking will be available in the Parking Garage as well as the lot next to the Hood Library, Bitsy Irby Arts & Dance Center, or on the street.
- All other general visitors are welcome to park in available spots in the Arlington Street lot (next to the Hood Library) or on the street.
