Before an I-20 can be authorized by Belhaven University you must submit proof of financial support. The Affidavit of Support form (I-134) can be obtained from U.S. embassies and consulates. You will be required to have original financial support documents to show the U.S. Consular official when obtaining your visa.

A notarized bank letter or notarized Affidavit of Support form from your sponsor must be attached to your statement of Financial Support. The bank letter must be submitted in English with the current exchange rate and signed by a bank official verifying your account.

You must print out and e-mail this form to gradinternational@belhaven.edu.

Please note:

• There is a $25 non-refundable application fee.
• There is a $65 Graduation Audit Fee associated with all programs.
• Books are not included in tuition.

Belhaven University reserves the right to change the fees, tuition, rules, and calendar regulating admission and registration, instruction in, and graduation from the University, and to change any other regulation affecting the student body. Changes go into effect whenever the proper authorities so determine and apply not only to prospective students but also to those who at the time are enrolled in the University.
